Ellen S. Fishman, M.Ed. Executive Director Ellen S. Fishman (B.A. Ursuline College, M.Ed. John Carroll University) is the Executive Director of The Learning Disabilities Association of Northeast Ohio. She has worked in the field of learning disabilities for over twenty-five years as an administrator and teacher. As an advocate on behalf of individuals with specific learning disabilities and their families, she has been an international guest lecturer and consultant as an expert in the field. She has authored numerous articles on the subject of learning disabilities and developed curricula to meet the needs of these learners and created sensitization programs on their behalf. |

Jennifer Archable Community Outreach Coordinator Jennifer Archable (B.S. Marketing Johnson & Wales University) joined LDANEO in September 2009. She brings nine years of marketing and public relations experience in the higher education arena as a marketing coordinator and career services coordinator. In addition to her marketing experience, Jennifer brings 16 years of hands on experience working with children with disabilities and is currently pursuing her MS in mental health counseling. |

Wendy Spitz Education Specialist Wendy Spitz (B. S. University of Hartford, MSSA. Case Western Reserve University, LSW, Education of the Handicapped, Learning Disabilities and Severe Behavior Handicap certification) has worked in the field of education since 1994. A former special educator and school social worker, she has held numerous positions in public schools. Wendy joined the LDANEO staff in 2005. |

Cindy Glazer Education Specialist Cindy Glazer has worked in the field of special education for over 35 years. She received her B.A. in Psychology and Elementary Education from American University in Washington, D.C. and her Master’s Degree in Special Education from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She has worked as a classroom teacher, resource teacher, intervention specialist and consultant in both Pennsylvania and in Ohio.

Lorinda Kilbane Office Manager/Adult Coordinator Lorinda Kilbane graduated from Kent State University with a BA in Individual and Family Studies and is a Licensed Social Worker. She has 17 years experience working in non-profit agencies which include working as a Treatment Specialist in a residential treatment center for children as well as a Social Worker in a foster care department. Lorinda joined LDANEO in December 2002 and coordinates services for adults.
